This gourmand restaurant aimed at creating an intimate atmosphere while at the the same time a sophisticated setting for a very important collection of wines.
To respond to this twofold request, the design strategy was founded on emphasizing the tactile features of the details as well as on the creation of a series of small spaces. The “tower of wines” in the basement functioned as visual and functional climax.
