This 1840s building overlooks a square in downtown Turin. Works included transformation of the first and second floor into facilities for a school of International law affiliated to the Turin University offering masters and internships to non-Italian scholars.
Also all the common parts of the building were included in the project, that included the renovation of upper residential floors, of the façades, of the main stair with the installation of a lift. The project had to deal with tight preservation rules and a relatively low budget. “Simplicity” was the request of the clients.
